01 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on ph1365, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gambling.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using online gaming services is lawful at the time of each gaming session.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by ph1365 or any applicable regulatory authority.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of ph1365, or an immediate family member of any such person.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number. ph1365 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the information provided, including but not limited to a government-issued identification card, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on ph1365. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. ph1365 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with such accounts without prior notice.

02 Account Security & Responsibilities

Upon successful registration, you will be issued login credentials consisting of a username and password. You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your ph1365 login credentials at all times. You agree not to share your username, password, or any one-time passwords (OTPs) with any third party under any circumstances.

ph1365 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from ph1365 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You agree to notify ph1365 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. ph1365 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. Any activity conducted through your account prior to notification of unauthorized access will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Enable any two-factor authentication options made available by ph1365.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Regularly review your account transaction history for any unauthorized activity.

03 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

ph1365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed on the platform at the time of the transaction. Currently accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. ph1365 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

All transactions on ph1365 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified on the ph1365 platform and may vary by payment method. ph1365 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which ph1365 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be subject to review under ph1365's anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. ph1365 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds prior to processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit into the account, or to a verified account held in the player's own name.

• Deposits are generally credited to your ph1365 balance instantly or within a few minutes, subject to payment provider processing times.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes during business hours.
• ph1365 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification or AML review.
• Players may not deposit funds on behalf of another player, nor may they request withdrawals to accounts not held in their own name.

04 Bonuses & Promotions

ph1365 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms and Conditions by reference.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all ph1365 promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages by game type are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless otherwise specified. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Abuse: ph1365 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or exploitation of software errors.

ph1365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of its modification or withdrawal will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of opt-in, unless the modification is required by applicable law or regulation.

05 Game Rules & Fair Play

ph1365 offers a range of online casino games including slots, live dealer table games, bingo, fishing games, and sports betting. Each game category is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or the ph1365 help section. By participating in any game on ph1365, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

All casino games offered on ph1365 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are conducted by trained dealers under controlled conditions. Game outcomes are determined independently of any player action or platform intervention. ph1365 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on ph1365's servers, the server-side result shall be deemed definitive.
• ph1365 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error.
• Bets placed after the official close of a betting market, whether due to a technical fault or otherwise, will be voided and stakes returned.
• ph1365 reserves the right to suspend or close any game at any time for maintenance, regulatory compliance, or other operational reasons.

06 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ph1365. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and referral to the appropriate authorities where criminal conduct is suspected:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the ph1365 platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the ph1365 platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or poker-format games.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior toward ph1365 staff or other players.
• Attempting to access ph1365 systems, databases, or infrastructure without authorization.
• Allowing a minor (any person under 21 years of age) to access or use your ph1365 account.

07 Responsible Gaming

08 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph1365 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ph1365 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

ph1365 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ph1365 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the platform or the information, content, or materials included therein.

• ph1365 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, acts of government, or natural disasters.
• ph1365's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit ph1365's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the ph1365 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the platform, is the property of ph1365 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph1365 platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any ph1365 content without express written permission.
• Use any data mining, robots, scraping, or similar data gathering or extraction tools on the ph1365 platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the ph1365 platform on any other website or platform.
• Use the ph1365 name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of ph1365 intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable Philippine law.

10 Amendments & Governing Law

ph1365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ph1365 will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of ph1365 following the posting of revised Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision shall be deemed deleted. Any modification or deletion of a provision shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these Terms and Conditions.
